Dear Mr Johnson, I am Richard your next door neighbour hope you know me as we have not got chance to meet since you moved in this street last month. I am writing this letter to discuss a problem I am facing in our parking area. I am working in IT sector my working hours are quit late so I reach at home by 9: 00pm every day. When I am about to park my vehicle cannot find sufficient space as your four wheeler is always out of boundaries of its parking block. I am suffering from this issue since the day you have arrived. Moreover, if I put my car in front block then your car should be moved first to drive mine. Even I have to leave early in the morning for office therefore, I do not want to disturb you at first brightening. I understand that you are new in society, you might not be much aware about the parking rules of society therefore I preferred to write to you instead of discussing with committee.
