Dear Sir/Madam, I am Virag Doshi team lead for the staff at our organization. This letter is to bring to your notice the inconvenience caused by the staff as there is no cafeteria space available for them to have their lunch. The team comes to office at around 8: 00 AM everyday with their house-made tiffin’s. The food is prepared early in the morning and they have it between 1: 00 PM - 2: 00 PM. Now a days they have it on their desk & they do not have any option to warm their food. Having such cold food cause acidity to people & other digestion problems. It’s a humble request on behalf of the staff that we arrange some small cafeteria space in our office for the staff where they can warm the food & we also provide them with tea and coffee as this will save their time on tea break’s they normally take going outside the office premises. It would be convenient for the staff and they will be more then happy if we consider their requests.
