Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Anirudh Pillala and my enrolment no. is 7534. I currently share room # 24 with Rob Tech in Alpha Resident. I am writing this letter to bring to your notice the problems I am facing and to request a change of room.
While Rob is a well-hearted individual, some of his habits and lifestyle have a disturbing impact on me and my work. One of the primary problems is that he doesn't sleep at night. He is either working on his music or has friends over or is gaming. Apart from the noise, the lights are always on and I struggle to have a peaceful sleep every night. Secondly, his idea of hygiene seems to be slightly challenging to accept. In the past few months, I've never seen him wash his clothes or take a shower and carries a disturbing odour. Last but not the least, he tends to invade my private space often by checking out my clothes, books and, wallet. I have caught him red-handed thrice and warned him each time to maintain his boundaries, but he doesn't stop.
I find sharing the room with Rob has become intolerable and disturbing. Hence, I would like to request a change in accommodation and would sincerely request a single occupancy room so that I can work and study in peace.
I look forward to your quick and favourable response.
Best Regards
