Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my stay at your hotel "Sheraton Grand, due to the functioning of the air conditioner, the three nights I spent at the hotel were quite miserable.
Lets me explain my situation. The problem started when my plaine landed in the airport, and I was extremely surprised with the unexpected weather condition, it was 30°. As a result, the hotel rooms were extremely hot.
After the checking in process I needed some rest, so I tried to turn on the air condition but it didn't work and some odd noises came out of it. I called the reception for help but no help arrived, so I had to leave the windows open the entire night. Consequently I had a very little because of the traffic that is surround the hotel building.
I chose you hotel, after the positive reviews I read but I feel that I have been chagrin. If you could only check all your rooms facilities before allocating room for customers. Also, I would like to receive a partial refund for the extra money I paid to get an AC in my room
