Dear Sam, I am writing to explain my resentment with the car parking place at work. The main concern which we are facing is not having separate parking for the two wheelers. We have to place our bicycle or motorbike in the same place which is provided for the cars. Moreover, we could see lots of damages in our vehicle because of the four-wheelers hitting our belongings when they take their cars. This results in unwanted quarrel between other employees. In addition, it reflects in their work and that reduces the productivity. Also, the staffs are unhappy because of the spoilage of their vehicles which caused by the car owners. I would suggest you allot a separate space for two and four wheelers to park their automobiles. Furthermore, separate entry and exit should be provided to avoid traffic congestion in the parking area. By providing separate pass will allow them to utilize the place allotted for them.
