Dear Sir or Madam, I am Jaspreet Kaur and I am one of your tenants, who lives at 23 124 Street, Surrey BC. I am writing to complain about the heating issue that we have in our building for a long time, even the repair guy who came last time, did not do anything. As you know I am living here since last two years and always pay my rent on time. However, we are facing some problems with the heating system. Firstly, the furnace which provides the heat to our floor is currently not working. Moreover, sometimes it produces weird noise which disturbs us from concentrating on studies. Thus, it is getting difficult for us to survive in this kind of environment. Last time the repair guy, who came in to fix the problem of heat, found that the furnace needs to be replaced because it’s too old. He was assuring us that he will be back by the end of this week to install a new furnace. However, it’s been two weeks and we did not hear anything back from him. I assume this matter requires your urgent attention. Therefore, I want you to take necessary actions to fix the heating system. Otherwise, we would have to think about moving to a different apartment. I hope you can understand our situation and get this matter resolved as soon as possible. I look forward hearing from you.
