Dear Vijay, I am Auchit Patel. I am from Kiova drive flat number 203. I am writing this letter to complain about the noise in a block of our flat. One of my neighbors recently moved to next door and they arrange the party every Saturday with the loud music. So, every weekend I am disturbed by a loud music coming from the next door. This is very problematic for me as I have to wake up early every morning for read the books and meditation but these sounds do not allow me to sleep on time.
