Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you regarding issues in our house that need to be resolved. Starting our first date of rent we have experienced many problems. The shower in the bathroom is constantly leaking. Unfortunately, it is hard to sleep at night and impossible to have a bath. Another concern that I would like to bring to your attention is the broken fence. We live on the busy street, people pass our building on a regular basis. I would like to feel safe at my own house, especially considering that we have paid the full rent and deposit on time. As per our agreement, four tenants suppose to occupy the entire house and currently there are only three of us. As I am a full-time student it is extremely hard to afford the rent. If you can not fulfil this request, at least allow us to post an advertisement online and find a roommate. Please, help us to schedule a maintenance person to come.
