Dear Lily
How are you? Thanks for your letter asking me for advice about what to do to relieve the anxiety before your exams. I was sorry to hear that you're feeling depressed. I'm sure your problem isn't as serious as you say it is. I guess I can give you some advice.
The best advice I can give you is to find an effective way of learning and preparing for your exams on your own. For instance it would be a good idea to start with easy tasks for the beginning then after a while move to difficult ones. If I were you I would make my study plan and follow it strictly. The most important thing to remember is to exercise regularly.
And then, I would advise you to relax some time although how hard you have to work. For example you can listen to your favourite music or do your hobby, walk or play some board games with your friends. These are likely to relieve your anxiety and that way you'll probably find that you won't think about your exams so much.
So, don't worry. There should always be a way out.
I hope this advice will be useful. Anyway, let me know how it goes.
Lots of love,
Catherine
