Dear Sir/Madam, I am expressing my dissatisfaction with you that recently I came from Thailand to Bangladesh by your airlines, but lost my luggage at the end of the moment when I reached. This is a matter of fact. I am an extreme traveler among domestic and international areas where most of the time I travel with your agency where everything was a great pleasure except last one. Last week, when I went back to the airport at the receiving section to take my luggage where it took more than two hours but didn't get it. I informed the relevant staff as well as made a complaint in a written form, whereas they requested me to wait for a week. I would be grateful if you could properly initiate a search for my lost item that contained a piece of valuable equipment. I called the concerned authorities several times by hotline, but didn't get any response. Nowadays, they do not accept my phone calls.
