Write a letter to your council to complain about

Dear Sir or Madam, I am Mark Lester Marte, a resident of Happy Village, Las Pinas City. I am writing this letter to ask the assistance of local government in our problems with stray dogs in our neighborhood. We have noticed lately, dogs are almost everywhere with our village. This canine animals roam freely without any leash or worst no owners is watching over them at all. Base on our annual homeowner's meeting today, bite related incidents have significantly increased compare to last year. Also, the stool they have left in the streets have worsened. You can see this every morning with our place. Our neighborhood would like to demand to the local government to pass an ordinance where owners of dog run freely tin the streets should be penalized. Other options we are suggesting if authority could catch and impounds animals we can see in the road. Hoping for an immediate action in our concerns. Yours truly, Mark Lester Marte
