Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to bring to your attention a problem that our local dewellers are facing due to the substandard transport system. long delays and over-crowded buses are the main cause of these troubles. Let me explain futher, everyday's unexpected delays by buses, making people late to their works and causing negative immpression in offices. Moreover, because of over-loaded buses many people do not get the the chance to get in and have to wait for another bus, which is then again cause them extra long waiting owing to delayed buses. I personally believe that is a big issue, not only because of aforementioned reasons but also of bad weather in winters. These long outside waits in the freezing temperature makes people sick. I think it would be better if you hire a professionl driver who knows the value of time. Additionally, more buses must be introducecd to cover those delays. Thanks for your consideration.
