To The Editor, I am writing this letter to bring to your notice regarding the experience I had in a restaurant recently. As you publish the dinning recommendations, I hope my experience would be helpful for others as well. I went to dine in The Chines Wok restaurant along with my friends and family on weekend. I made the reservation 2 weeks prior as this gathering was important for me. In spite of booking the table formerly, we were asked to dine separately as there were no tables of suitable size. Furthermore, most of the dishes on the menu were not available and also the service was delayed. I spoke to the manager about the discomfort and dissatisfaction we are facing but did not get a convincing response from him. I agree that the food which was available is delicious but to me service also lies in the top list for a running a restaurant. I would recommend a takeaway for people who want lip smacking food and wants to spend some quality time with their loved ones, but this restaurant is not recommended for those who are in large number and prefers good service.
