Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to let you know about the inconveniences caused due to change in route for the bus number 24b. Since, last five years I am travelling in bus no. 24b to reach the office on queen Street. I never had any issues regarding bus service as it's always on time and driver of the bus so polite and gentlemen. But, route for queen Street is recently been changed which takes longer time as compared to previous route. Moreover, not only me few other regular travellers like me are also disturbed due to this change to the bus service. On behalf of everyone I request you to consider our request to use previous route for queen Street, as it's waste of time for us. To summarise, recent change of new route for bus no 24b for queen Street is causing inconveniences to me and many other regular travellers as it's taking longer time so request you to consider the previous route.
