Dear Mr. John, I am student at University of Alberta and living residing at Garneau West that's the far end of the city. Your bus service is the only source of transportation from this place to connect the downtown and so far it was very conveninent for me to attent my unversity on time. Since last month, the bus service schedule has been altereted every single day and most of the time its not arriving on time as a result I missed serveral of my university lectures. The bus also having some maintaince issues as it happened last week that the engine of bus heat up and all the passengers had to step out of the bus and wait for 30 mintues under snowing conditions. In the coming month there will be my final exams and I cannot afford to miss my rest of the classes that have strongly negative impact over my final grades. I hope you will take these issues in a serious account and maintain the schedule of bus along with the condition of the bus. Thanks for your time and consideration
