Dear Mr Green, My Name is Jack khan and I am the managing director of the organization. Our board of directors meet at your establishment daily in dinner for business dialogues at street 4 Arlington, New York. I am writing this letter to dispatch a complaint considering the services we received in last week visit. We always make table reservations in headway to keep our meetings go smoothly. However, upon arrival at the diner this time, we were informed that our reservation had been cancelled due to an unknown justification known to us. we waited there for so long till the availability of the next table, which was quite a disappointment and disruption of our plan. In addition to that, Meal has some problems as well. Not only there was a mistake in the order but the food was bitter and stale. As we found out later it was the negligence of a new chef. We have been patrons of your restaurant for many years now. And the mishap occurs last time is completely unacceptable. I hope you will deal with this situation properly and ensure error like booking failure will not happen furthermore. Please be sure to assign qualified kitchen staff next time.
