Dear sir or madam, I am writing to let you know about the car which I have rented yesterday from your agency, which has gone wrong and due to that I am facing too much problems. Let me explain you the problems in detail and what I was expecting! As I have rented an economy class vehicle from your company for 5 days from 13th August to 18th August and I paid the money cash. However after just 1 day of driving the car I realised that there have been a problem with Tyre, broken engine and an empty fuel tank. While I have been driving 3 km that I understood the tyre was flat and it had to be changed. Secondly when I saw I fuel meter, it was showing tank is half full, whereas I have filled the tank full. As there was a leakage in the tank. Then after driving for a while, I could hear some exotic sound from the engine and consequently it has broken down in the middle of my way which has caused me a lot of inconvenience. Would you kindly transfer me a new car as off I am waiting in Pune for a day. During this time, I would like to exchange the car in your pune branch.
