Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to inform you about my arrival at the college. I am coming from India. I am going to attend a computer course at your college which will be started on 7th April, So I will be coming on 6th April and leaving from India on 5th April. I just want to know the accommodation details. I need a single room to stay in. I would prefer my own bathroom but do not mind sharing. The room should be quiet so that there will not be any disturbance while studying. Please let me know if could you provide this and how much this will cost and how should I make payment? Will you accept online payment? As I am new to the country, I am not familiar with the routes. I would be grateful if you could provide me the directions on how could I reach college. Is there any University bus service from the airport or will I have to take public transport. If you have any suggestions, it would be appreciated.
