I am Nancy Smith, Sam's mother, he's one of your students at St. Mary's school. My son has informed me about the industrial visit that is scheduled on 24th March. My concern is that he's never been to an over-night trip and needs to have his insulin dosage every night before sleeping. Furthermore, Sam does not know to take his injection by himself as he's afraid to do so. I was wondering if it's possible for you to arrange a nurse or somebody who can give him his dose.
