Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to help in finding a rented accommodation in the Bay Area of Alberta. I have been transferred to the Head office of my organisation in Alberta. I have to join the office on 1st February so will be arriving 10 days in advance with my family in order to adjust in the new surroundings. The accommodation should be within the 10 - 15 kms within the Bay area as it will have reasonable driving distance from my office. It should be near either to metro station or bus stand so that the daily commute will be easy for me and my wife. I want to have 2 bedroom with attached washroom, spacious living room with adequate artificial and natural lighting. It should be near to basic amenities such as elementary school, malls, hospitals, grocery stores. Having a joggers park and a gym within our locality will be added advantageous for us.
