In some cities, there are old buildings that are historically important but not very useful. Should governments try to save these buildings? 2PyeA
Historical buildings and monuments are vital to preserve for future generations including tourists and visitors so that they can see, feel, and understand the history of old buildings. Governments should try to save these buildings so that they can raise the standard of their cities and towns by keeping those buildings which have some sort of history related to the past kings and queens. The other thing is that schools and colleges can use them for educational purposes. Students will have an opportunity to learn and understand the history of the past. For an instance, schools and colleges may organise an educational trip for students to help them to explore more by observing them physically. Hence, they will enhance their knowledge by visiting them seeing them. The second main reason is to preserve these buildings is that this will help the government to make a profit out of them for visitors. for example- once the buildings are furnished and preserved with new techniques, number of people will come to visit them by spending money on tickets.
