Dear Headmaster Miss HiltonI would appriciate it it you could give men domen advice about control the pupils anda encourage them to learn English. This is the first yetar that I have been working atom the secondary school as a teacher. I have domen difficulties to control a number of pupils, espicially boys in fifteens and fouteens. I know they are teenegers now and in this age they become quick-tempered, impressed everything. That is why I donot know how to treatment with them. Some of the pupils are addicted to the mobile phones. Even they are trying to user and olay games during the lessons. If I insist them to Putin away their phones, they behaviour themselves badly and say nonsense. Oʻqing to lack of may experience I feel I need your advise in this situation.
