Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to request a new accommodation arrangement for me. Our new semester has begun and I came back to my dorm last week. As you may be aware, I am sharing a room with another student and there are a couple of things causing me problems by my roommate. I understand that she has a right to enjoy the space where we live as my roommate. However, she made a lot of noises and opened the music loudly while I was studying or doing my assignment. I did not concentrate on my mind and could not study my lesson well during that time. Although I tried to request her many times to quiet down during my study time she has not paid attention to my request. In addition, she makes a lot of mess and does not help in cleaning our room. Therefore, may I request you to arrange a single room for me and I prefer the quiet place, near my college. I would be really thankful if you could consider my request and take prompt action regarding this.
