Dear Mr. Parker, I am Serena, I attended your cookery course last week on 5th January based on cupcakes. I am writing this with regards to the feedback on 'JK cookery' course. What I liked most about the course is that, every attendee is getting hard copy of receipes that are going to cover on specified topic, so 20 varities of such simple dessert like cupcake made me to attend the session. Also, I love the fact that, the quality ingredients has been provided to all participants and at the end of the day, all were supposed to take home the plathora of sweets. I tried few varities of cupcakes and I am glad to tell you, all my family members loved the taste and they insisted me to enroll for more classes. As you know, most of our people are huge fan of chinese cuisine, I suggest you to add few of them on your menu list, also I can see being in nascent phase JK cookery has little presence of social media, additional efforts can be taken care here. We also have numerous market for fast food and adding healthy aspect to junk food can amaze lots of mom, so portray inclusion of this will also help. It was a pleasant experience and looking forward to learn a number of receipes form JK Cookery. Wishing you the success! Your faithfully, Serena
