Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to draw your attention to my course at your evening school. Although it is voted to be one of the must-take courses, I have experienced a number of problems. I am currently a student of the Senior course at your centre. I decided to enroll in the course because I was interested in the method which centers on stimulating 4 English skills and giving effective tips for the tests. Up to now, I have learned 15 lessons. nevertheless, after having studied those lessons, I found it dissatisfying. firstly, the mentor didn't provide us with any materials and give solutions to boost band score. Instead, she gave some basic tests and made us do. secondly, the shortage of foreign teachers is another problem. finally, learning equipments and material facilities are also unacceptable. They are broken down and extremely difficult to use. Therefore, I would like you to look into these problems and take action to tackle them. otherwise, i will demand a full refund if they are not solved. Yours faithfully, Chi
