Dear Sir, I am writing to inquire about my accommodation in your university which was mentioned to be included into my scholarship funding. As I'm from another country and this area is totally unknown for me, the authorities has referred you to contact on accommodation purposes. Recently I have achieved a full time scholarship from your university for post-graduation. Unfortunately, I am quite unknown to this place. Though I have looked for many apartments at different websites, small size apartments were not available at any where. I think this will be quite daunting task for me for which i need help from someone native there. All that I need is a one bedroom apartment along with kitchen and bathroom. A small living room might be considered if the rent is according to my funding for living cost. Moreover, the bedroom should be south facing and along with a balcony. The apartment should be in quite place and must be well ventilated. My class will start from 15th September and it is obligatory to arrive on 5th instant. It would a great convenience for me if the apartment can be confirmed before that as some paperwork also need to completed within this limited time period. Thank you for your kind consideration.
