Dear Madam, I am one of the participants of the course First Aid Skills that will take place next week at your university. Currently I am planning my visit and I need to settle some questions related to it. I am writing to inquire about accommodation available for participants of the course. Since I have already booked my tickets I can provide you with dates of my visit. I am arriving on the 2rd of June in the afternoon and I am going to stay 4 nights. I would like to stay in a single room with a private bathroom in the premises within walking distance to the University.
