Dear sir/madam, I am writing to you express my dissatisfaction regarding the trip which I have taken through your company. Let me explain, I traveled 1 of October, I was shocked by the standard of food, comfort and safety. Company promised that the trip will be started exit at 8 'o clock in the morning but it was taken 2 hours extra due to driver who was came late on that day, it mood was spoiled. Also, mobile phone was used by driver while driving and top of that, drive very fast in the narrow roads which make trip uncomfortable. To make it more worse, as you know that winter season is running, but hotels AC could not turned switch off besides this, blanket was not provided by hotel management due to this I caught from fever next day and unable to enjoy remaining trip. What is more, we went restaurant in order to take lunch but it did not offered by the restaurant when we asked about it from manger, he told us they do not include the charges of lunch so that if we want to take lunch, we would had to pay extra for it. apart from this, staff members was not co-operative with clients, they were argumentative by nature I feel, I am entitled to a full refund and a written apology for the misinformation contained in your advertisement.
