Dear Sir /Madam, I usually buy my grocery from the shopping field which is very close to our residence as it is very convenient for me. There are many attractions in the shopping Center. As it is quite near to my home so most of family visit on a daily basis by walking. However, it has Children Playing Area beside that Coffee shop with friendly staff which make all the family member happy and comfortable. There are some changes needed, which can improve the shopping Center. Moreover, a number of facilities which I think should be improved. The firsts, the children are using playing space so the ride and the seating arrangement needed to be changed as it is getting old and not enough for the visitors. Second the coffee shop is close to that play space there should be different entry and exit ways. As the people of every age group are visiting the coffee shop there should be some newspapers, journal and magazines should be provided for the customers. third, I think the sign boards for the ATM machine and toilets needed to be changed as it gets faded, especially it should be well written with prominent letters and sign language should be there so that children can read and follow it. I think it would be a good idea if more signs were out so that the people who speak different language get clear information and ways to reach to their desired shops and places in the shopping Area. Finally could we please clear the exist and entrance when there is a peak time and on weekends. Yours Faitfully Mina
