Dear Sam, It’s been a while I have heard from you. Hope you are doing well. I have been thinking since a while to change my current job. It has already been 5 years in the current profile and company. I feel, now, is the time to look for better opportunity and compensation. After giving 5 years to my company, I have received only one promotion so far which is quite demotivating. Also, the pay what it should be after gaining the experience of 5 years is not upto the level. I am highly dissatisfied for the compensation I am receiving after all the hard work and dedication.
