Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing for the refund of a speaker which I bought from www. sunday. com on 31st of January 2020. It was a Jibble large size speaker with a recording option and a battery backup of 4 hours. The order no of the speaker is 123456. The speaker is not recording any conversations or programs. Not only this, in contrast to the description of a battery backup of 4 hours, it is only working for 2 hours. This has created a serious problem for me, as I wanted to record and create my podcasts. I am a regular customer through your website and have never faced any issues as such. Reaching out for a replacement of the speaker had been quite an exhausting process for me as I had raised the request for replacement 10 days back. Furthermore, I had even requested a replacement through Email but I didn’t get any response from the team responsible. This has left me with no option but to raise a request for a refund.
