I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent purchase from your online store. Two weeks ago I ordered a T-shirt from your online store, order number #CE1702. My parcel arrived this morning, unfortunately, there are problems with it.
Firstly, the color I order was white but my T-shirt was colors faded after the first wash. Even the logo printed on the shirt is not clear. Besides, the fabric, which has been used for sewing, looks to be of bad quality. The size I ordered online was size S but what I received was size XL.
I immediately contacted the outlet and spoke to the representative who helped me with the purchase. I was promised that my T-shirt will be replaced in a couple of days. However, it has now been one week and when I contacted the shop again they said it will take another week to get replaced. Anyway, I do not like to sound like a complaining person, trying to find faults in the shirt I have purchased. I would like to request a return of all fees paid, as well as the postal and packaging fees. I'll take it as a mistake on your part and won't say anything more. Please make full refund money to me as soon as you can.
I've purchased several items from you over the years, both in your store and online, and I've always had good service.
