Dear Mr Abdullaev I am writing to complain about the arrangement of living in the room of college dormitory. Allow me to elaborate on exactly why I would like the room I live in to be changed to another one. I am a second year student on Foreign languages in the college and I am sharing the room with the same year student on Musoc and Art. Because of his area of study, he plays several types of musical instruments very loudly, sometimes till midnight. This gives a problem to my study. I can not concentrate while musical instrument is being played in high volume. As a result, I am not able to finish my assignments in their time. Another issue that would be interrupting me is that he goes out with his friends frequently and he returns very late and I have to unlock the door at midnight. I have argued a few times the problem occurred with him but he did not pay attention much. As a result, I suggest that you will rearrange my room and make a result to this issue.
