Dear Sir/ Madam,
I am writing a letter to express my dissatisfaction of the services which you provide on the airport.
I was traveling to Dubai from Karachi; my departure date was 01-September-2021 at 1: 30am. I bought a business class ticket.
The problem is started as soon as I arrived at the airport. Foremost, airline did not intimate me regarding the flight delay, due to that fact, I was asked to wait in the executive lounge. However, when I went there, I couldn’t find a vacant seat as it was full. It was so disappointed for me. Nevertheless, upon my request they arranged a seat for me in economy lounge. Furthermore, seats in the lounge were uncomfortable. Additionally, the air conditioner was not working properly, due to that fact, I was having a breathing issue.
There are some suggestions I would like you to give you. Firstly, extend the space of executive lounge so It would accommodate hundreds of people. Secondly, train your maintenance team so they will be more proactive to repair the faulty equipment before it stops working.
