I am writing to coplain about the hairdryer I recently order from your store.
When I order the hairdryer two weeks ago, your store said they would delivier it in six days. After six days, I called your store and they told me it would arrive imediately. However, it was another six days before it arived.
When I received the item, I checked and I found that it was not working. I can not turn on it. I called your store, one of your staff, who asured me that the hairdryer would be replaced within 48 hours. After 48 hours, I called her again and she told me that it would take a few days to fix it. I asked the reason but she did not answer.
Therefore, I am returning the hairdryer. Please send me a refund for the amount I paid.
