Dear Customer Services,
I am writing this letter to demonstrate my dissatisfaction with your delivery of my PS5, which I ordered from your website. Kindly allow me to explain my issue in detail.
I have ordered the latest PS5 through your website. Since there was a Christmas sale on specific items on your online store so I thought that would be the best opportunity for me to gift my nephew it’s Christmas present. I have checked the price and it was 20% so i placed the ordered immediately and paid from my credit card.
When i entered my shipping details your website indicated that the order will be delivered in 3 days. I placed the order on 21st December and expecting my order to be received on 24th December. Due to lack of delivery services however, i received my order on 26th December when the Christmas has already been passed. When I didn’t receive my order i purchased the PS5 for my nephew from nearest store. Which cost me higher and was out of budget and obviously I don’t want two PS5.
Hope you will realize my situation and transfer the money back into my account/card i paid from. I’m ready to bear all the responsibility to deliver back the package as it is i received from you without opening or damaging it.
