Dear Sir, I am writing to express my dissatification with the service of your new-opened restaurant. Not long ago my wife and I decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary and wanted to go to your restaurant as it was new one. Although we booked the table in advance we had to wait a little in the hall. After replacement a waiter came and gave us menu. I wanted to taste a new Italian dish which was new-added to the menu. For the second course I ordred a chocolate cake and some fresh drinks. When the waiter brought the dish, it smelled strange, after trying the dish we noticed that the meat was tasteless as it was burnt. Then I called the second course. It was awful! The chocolate cake was out of date. I talked about it with the waiter but he said that it was not in his responsibility. We decided to go and asked for the bill, the prices were beyond my mind. I trust you will take my complaint seriously, and make any effort tio improve your service in the future. I would also greatly appreciate a discount on my bill.
