Daniel/ Uzoma, I think it high time you escalate this water issue in my unit to your management if you have not done so. Since I moved into the unit in 2016, I have battled this problem of water running dry in my tank simply because anytime you pump water the tank is not filled or sometimes water does not get into the tank. Jide had tried to solve this problem when I first moved in but to no avail. I then took it upon myself to let your staff understand the routine of shutting up some taps to enable me to get water when they pump. I am tired of reminding them to do this every time. Instead of them following the routine they take a ladder to start climbing up the manway to check the tank. The pop in these areas has cracks all over the edges. I am always running out of water sometimes in the middle of the night or when taking my bath not to mention the coloured water because water is always at its lowest point in the tank. I have at the backyard jars filled with water just in case. I have resolved to find other alternatives possibly get a 1000 litres tank at the backyard. I am just tired of this kind of service.
