Dear Sir, My name is Alex Mathew and I am writing this letter regarding renting an extra room in my flat. I am a resident of Model Town and my apartment is on the second floor of the Sky Towers. This place is quite near to the college as it takes only 15 minutes by walking to reach college. Apart from this, there is also a good service of local buses which runs every 15 minutes from the stop in front of the apartments. I would like to inform you that this room is lying vacant since my son moves to another city two months ago for one year. Renting this room to any student not only helps me earn some money, but also assists the college in finding rooms for the students. Talking about the nature of the tenant, it would be better if final year students are referred for this room. Since this room is available for at most one year, it would become easier for the last year students to leave after one year. Hope you will look into my request.
