I am writing this letter to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional traveling service of your company that I experienced last week in Sa Pa.
Firstly, I booked a private transfer from Ha Giang city to the hotel. However, there was no private car to take me back to the hotel. Thus, I had to pay through the nose to take a taxi. Furthermore, when I reached the hotel, there was firstly nobody in the reception area to hang over the room to me. I waited for around 30 minutes in the reception hall itself when a man came there. Enquiring him about the hotel room I had booked four days ago, he was just clueless and said no booking was done earlier. Having no other alternative, I accepted booking a new room. In addition, it is not acceptable that the food served in the room was quite tasteless, and I did not feel like it was even worth paying.
I feel that your company acted irresponsibly and unprofessional in serving tourists, and I strongly believe I am entitled to compensation for unsatisfactory service during my travel. I request that you send me the sum of 200 dollars to cover the cost of booking a taxi and to make me feel better after the discomfort I was forced to suffer as a result of your unprofessional traveling service.
I insist that you give this matter your urgent attention otherwise I will be forced to rate one star on your company website and take legal action.
