Dear Mr. Seward, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my roommate because of her untidy life. We are living in room 303 of building B in the dormitory. Firstly, as assigned, every member has to take responsibility for doing household chores. Nevertheless, she almost ignores her duty and refuses to stick to it. Furthermore, she always leaves her personal activity items on the table that she shares with me and even throws them on the floor. Besides, sometimes she does not put the leftover food in the fridge or the garbage bin despite being reminded and received my advice many times, which makes our room smell horrible. Her irresponsibility maddens me, which frequently interrupts me from concentrating on my study and weakens our relationship with roommates. We cannot live in harmony when constantly suffering from negative energies from such an irresponsible individual. As a result, I feel super uncomfortable when I go back to my room, and it also affects my productivity in next day. I have tried to tackle the issue independently; nevertheless, none of my attempts receive positive responses from her. I, therefore, account on the dormitory management board to handle it. To this end, I request that you make a record to remind and warn her. Please face charges to show her the seriousness of the problem should she not obey.
