Write a complaint letter to the manager of the restaurant. Say about bad service and awful meals

Dear Sir I am writing you to complain about the service and food of your restaurant. Last night I tended to organise my birthday party in your restraurant, as one of my relatives advised me your place. She praised your restraurant so highly, I was keen on to arrange my party in that place. However, the result made me upset. We were about to launch our party at 6, but when my friend and relatives came to the restaurant, the table was not ready to sit at. I suddenly called the head waiter and made a complaint about the slow service. All waiters collaborated to serve our table quickly. Besides, when we started eating, the meals were not enough delicious, salads were stale and dishes were too salty. I was really disappointed. I did not satisfied with your service and meal, as well.
