explain the circumstances say why you are dissatisfied what action you would like the leisure center to take

Dear Sir/Madam, Iam writing this letter to exhibit my dissastisfed with the maintenance and issues involved. To begin with, my family and friends extensively use the community centre for various activities. My husband and mother-in-law take Yoga lessions everyday at community hall. My friends and I use the sports facilities like badminton and swimming frequently. But unfortunately, the Badminton rackets are damaged and Pool is filled with Dust particels and dried leafs which is very unpleasent. Childrens visit the place regularly for sports and games but the ground is completly filled with grass, I would request you to please provide a maid appointed for maintaining it by converting it in to loan. Infact it is one of the very few places that is safe for the children to play freely. Kindly look in to it and santize it with caution. There is a leakage of tap issue in the rest room please fix it as soon as possible. There are 5 threadmills in the gym session out of which 2 are under repair, please get them replaced. In addition, we would require Gym cycle about 4 a weight machine and a coach appointed to guide us. I sincerely request you to consider them.
