Dear Sir or Madam, I was one of the passengers who traveled to Japan a month ago. It was an unexpected problem that my luggage was lost when I arrived four hours late due to a mechanical error. And I have still not received my suitcase yet. My luggage is a big size one with 30x60 centimeters. It’s bright red and you can find some stickers of BTS’s members on it.
