We are writing to complain about your hotel where we spend our winter vocation last month.
To begin with, in your brochure you mentioned that all the apartments had bath, however, the problem was that there was not hot water. So we had to use cold water for washing in so chilly winter days. Moreover, the brochure claimed that there was a skiing pitch near the hotel, but the skiing pitch was thirty minutes away by car. Last not but least, it was mentioned that the hotel has a perfect serving staff, however, the service was awful, especially, the service of the restaurant. The meal was not hot and fresh.
We think it is clear that your brochure was misleading. As a result, we would like a partial refund because this was the worst holiday that we had ever had.
