I am writing this letter in connection with my recent stay at your hotel, Bywater Inn International from 21-10-2020 to 23-10-2020. Staff were exceptionally welcoming and the location was convenient, however, I am extremely disappointed with the room and a miserable night.
When I arrived, suddenly the temperature dropped to a record low and an unexpected cold wave hit the city. I understand that the weather change was completely unexpected, in the contrary, a three star hotel like yours must be prepared. It was utterly disappointing that the heating system did not work, subsequently, after several complaints the technician came in and failed to set it right, furthermore, when I requested for a new room it was turned down with an excuse of being entirely booked.
Unfortunately, my night after work was extremely uncomfortable, even after wearing coat and sock I was shivering the entire sleepless night. As a result, after returning home, I found myself catching bad cold and suffering.
This is really shocking and utterly disappointing even, after spending an exorbitant amount my experience was quite devastating, thus, I would like to get a refund or discount as a token, in addition, ensure to fix the heating system so, no other visitor suffers like me.
