Dear Mattews, I would suggest a good plan of camping to you and I hope you will like this plan. I would say the summer is the best season to go on a camping because in the summer, you do not have to prepare the equipments much if compared to winter. Also you would enjoy a variety of activity in summer, for example, fishing, hiking, swiming in a river, BBQ, and so on so personally I prefert summer to winter in terms of camping. While I would like you to pay attention to 2 things of camping in this season. One of them is there are many mosqito in the mountain and river and it will make you annoyed all night unless you prepare the solution for it. The other one is that you might get heavy rain because the weather can be changed easily in this season. Besides the heavy rain increase the amount of water in river imediately and it cause the risk of flood. I guess you have heard some news which some people were flown by stream after heavy rain. So just put it in your mind when enjoying the camping. That is the someting necessary to pay attention but it will rarely happen if you just prepare for it. Anyway my habit is camping too and I would join with you if you never mind but actually I have a plan to go to Japan in this summer. I will confirm if I can go or not depends on the schedule of camping. If you have some questions about camping, you do not have to hesitate ask me anything.
