Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing complain about my neighbor making a lot of noise in the apartment complex. Firstly, I and the people in the apartment complex wrote a note to inform him about his noise but this note had no effect. Then, he turned on the radio louder and the dogs made more noise. I wrote to that tenant for the second time but still got no response. I event to that apartment to look for him but no one was at home. My wife is a nurse and is frequently on night duty, so she needs peace and quiet during the day. The fact that he keeps making noise affects our lives a lot and it makes us very uncomfortable.
