Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to you in regards to the radio which I purchased from your local branch of well-known chain shop. The radio was not working due to there was some issue it’s frequency transmitter because of which the radio was not able to play any program on it. I am feeling bit disappointed that I paid full amount for the product but it was faulty. Due to this I am not able to entertain myself as like to listen music and programs on radio to refresh myself. Moreover, it is the best gadget which we can take anywhere, whereas it costs nothing to listen it. By the way, I retuned this radio to fix the problem to your shop and it would be great if I get it back as soon as possible or provide me a new radio so that I can use it as I paid money for that.
