Dear Sir, I am writing to complaint about the trouble I faced with the international flight Zizo, that I was bound to travel on the 10th of October. However, due to an issue created at the airport by the manager at the check-in counter, made me miss my boarding. Let me explain my situation in more detail, I had booked my ticket fairly in advance, so that I have no complication at the airbase, in relation to extra baggage, that I paid for online. The manager at the counter couldn't find the payment receipt for about an hour. This caused me to miss my flight. It deeply devastated me as I had a extremely vital conference to attend. I am entitled to request that you refund my fare in full or add the points to my miles card. In addition, I would suggest that the airlines team hire employees who have proper training and better skills to deal with such troubleshoot. I look forward to receiving your response.
